As the Administration & Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact to elevate the experience of our customers. You will be the glue between both our internal departments, and our customers to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly.

About the role:
- SERVICE & MAINTENANCE - Assisting with job creation and scheduling, paperwork, team scheduling, client liaison and timesheet coding as required.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - Greeting all visitors, answering, and directing incoming calls, receiving and dispatching deliveries, email and general correspondence.
- SUPPORT - Coordination of daily administrative duties and assisting with accounts reconciliations.
So, what do we need from you?
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills - the ability to effectively listen and convey information to varying audiences (i.e., customers, co-workers, managers).
- A positive attitude and strong desire to learn
- A warm and friendly personality.
- Proficient computer skills
- Driver’s License (or willing to obtain/in the process of obtaining)
- Able to work autonomously and exhibit initiative.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Strong ability to listen, follow direction and retain information, including provide guidance and direction to colleagues as needed.
- Experience in administration and Customer Service (preferred, though not essential).
