Eagers Automotive has an exciting opportunity for a motivated customer focused individual to join our amazing team at Rockingham Hyundai and Suzuki as an Automotive Aftercare Consultant!
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of aftermarket products for all vehicles sold.
These products include the sale of vehicle protection products, electronic goods, and accessories.
It is also the function of an Aftercare Consultant to provide customer support post-sale of a vehicle and act as a contact between the vehicle sales departments and customers.
Duties will include:
- Promoting the range of aftercare products to new and existing customers.
- Provided exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team as well as Finance & Insurance Team to provide seamless customer service.
If you have a passion for providing great customer service, confidence in your communication and negotiation skills as well as plenty of positive ‘can-do’ attitude - we would like to hear from you!
Prior experience in the Automotive Industry, Aftercare or Vehicle Sales roles would be highly advantageous but is not essential. Regardless of your background, feel free to apply is you are a passionate people-person who is also driven by the thrill of the sale!
Ideally you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role or Automotive Industry (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to remain highly organised
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven record of meeting sale targets
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
