We’re searching for Afterhours (4pm-9am) Disability Support workers (DSW) on casual or part-time basis in Sale and Maffra.

Our purpose – to create opportunities for individuals with a disability to participate in every aspect of life, whether it’s education, employment, or community involvement. We ensure that all have a voice and a role in society.
The role:
As a DSW, you’ll provide support for our GGC participants in either group activities or 1:1 support across a range of needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, assisting to access and have a positive connection to the community.

What we need from You:
- Previous experience working in a similar role (preferred).
- Above all else, an enthusiasm to help GGC maintain the great work they have achieved over the last 5 decades.
- A proactive approach to obtaining necessary worker screenings– NDIS Workers Screening. (GGC will assist the successful candidate/s)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- A dedication to working within legislative frameworks, adhering to GGC’s policies and procedures.
