We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operator to join our team in the role of Afternoon Shift
- Production Operator for Rainwater Products.
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our Rainwater Products, ensuring their quality and timely production. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and product integrity.
- Record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work Afternoon Shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials when needed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
- Background in production, operator, or related fields is advantageous.
