About the Role
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, team based, person-centred care
- Lead by example as you cultivate and nurture a culture of team-work and positivity
- Provide clinical leadership to ensure delivery of the best care possible
- Work in accordance with the organisation’s values and best practice
- A current, unrestricted, AHPRA registration
- An experienced Clinical Manager or highly experienced Aged Care nurse (minimum of 4 years’ Aged Care experience)
- A passion and commitment to working in Aged Care with a sound understanding of the sector.
- A team player that can oversee multiple teams (Carers, EN’s, RN’s) at once.
- Good organisational, written and verbal communication skills
