We are seeking an experienced Clinical Funding Officer for our client's large residential home. Your main responsibilities will include performing assessments, ensuring high-quality documentation, and creating individual care plans. You will manage ANACC reviews and maintain communication with residents, staff, and management to guarantee excellent documentation outcomes. Your comprehensive nursing assessments will uphold the dignity and independence of residents.About you:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Expertise in ANACC assessments, claims, and policy compliance.
- Knowledge of current trends in nursing and Aged Care practices.
- Understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Experience with funding business rules and ANACC validations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Autumn Care is a bonus.
- Experience in commissioning Aged Care facilities is beneficial.
