We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a driven Business Development Manager to join our dealership's Fleet Sales team.
In this full-time position, you will be excelling your career in the automotive industry through working alongside our knowledgeable sales team. You will be responsible for generating sales by assisting guests and providing exceptional customer service to find the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
- Maximise opportunities to grow Toyota's client base
- Learning about Toyota's vehicle range
The successful applicant will:
- Have a desire to work with the #1 Automotive vehicle brand in Australia and to become part of our dynamic automotive fleet sales team
- Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
- Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
