The Position
As a residential Aged Care Physiotherapist, you will work on-site developing and implementing a high-quality person-centered service. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the lives of its residents. This will involve delivering a high-quality, personalised service aimed at promoting independence and enriching the clients' lives.

You will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or night work and excellent remuneration in an idyllic location. This is a great opportunity for both junior clinicians wishing to carve out a career or for those with experience wishing to create a potential pathway into leadership in the near future.

Duties:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC
• Overseeing and running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes alongside physiotherapy aides.
• Delivery of Chronic Pain Management Program
• Implementing and upgrading rehabilitation exercise programs
• Communicating with a greater team of health practitioners
• Delivery of manual handling training competencies

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience in the assessment and treatment of clients 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Commitment to providing person-centred care 
• Access to a car and full drivers license
