We are seeking passionate home care workers to provide support to older clients living in the community, helping to maintain their independence and improving their quality of life.

Your role will involve assisting our clients in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life through a wide range of responsibilities aimed at their well-being

  • Delivering in-home personal care, which includes assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.
  • Providing personalized care that aligns with each client's unique Care Plan.
  • Supporting clients in engaging in community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Offering transportation and aiding in shopping trips and appointments.

Requirements: 

  • Must possess a current driver's license and their own vehicle, demonstrating a willingness to travel to clients' homes within the specified service locations. Such as Kingsgrove, Oatley, Penshurst, Sans Souci, and the Innerwest.
  • A genuine passion for helping older individuals maintain their independence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to ensure our clients can continue living in their own homes.
  • Flexibility in working hours and approach. We strive to align our team members' availability with the needs of our clients.
  • A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field.
  • Experience in using mobility aids and assisting with client hoisting is advantageous.
