The Transformational Program Management team within KPMG is a key part of our Enterprise Transformation capability group and has been involved in some of Australia's largest and most complex transformation programs. We know that realising enterprise agility requires a combination of changing culture and mindsets focused on customer outcomes and a scaled agile operating model including agile ways of working across the entire enterprise.

Your Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Associate Director to join KPMG's Transformational Program Management team in Sydney, NSW. Your role will have a business development and growth focus - we are looking for you to help grow our business along with your career. You will bring your scaled agile delivery and agile coaching experience to inspire confidence and empower change for our clients. You will lead multiple and concurrent engagements with our clients ensuring we provide high quality services and outcomes.

With a strong background leading agile transformations, you will have passion for achieving great business outcomes and building your own niche in consulting.
Potential candidates will therefore have an experience and knowledge profile which includes:
- Expert understanding of agile practices and enterprise agile frameworks
- Familiarity with Systems Thinking, Value Streams and the application of Lean
- Proven experience in Agile Coaching
- Relevant Scrum (CSM, PSM, or SSM) and Agile at Scale accreditation (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
- Coaching competency and the ability to ask powerful questions
- Experience in leading multiple agile delivery teams, as agile program manager or release train engineer
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver transformational change
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
