Key objectives

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the Agsafe Industry Standard, Regulations, and best practices across the agricultural chemical industry.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including regulators, compliance executives, and corporate safety, health, and environment managers.
  • Maintain and enhance the Agsafe Industry Standard, ensuring alignment with current regulatory and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across all aspects of Agsafe’s Member Services programs.

  • Strong understanding of compliance concepts and the ability to interpret regulations and similar documents.
  • AgChem industry experience (~10-15 years is preferred, depending on qualifications and relevance).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Managerial experience in a technical environment would be an advantage.
