Allied Health Coordinator - Senior Physiotherapist

This role will be full time, 38-40 hours per week (+/-ADO), Monday-Friday.

You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the Allied Health Managers and Allied Health Educator to ensure a safe, effective and efficiently run department.

You will hold a clinical caseload in conjunction with running day to day staffing logistics and driving departmental rostering.

ABOUT YOU:

As an outstanding Senior Physiotherapist, you are a master in rapport building, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership.

Your skills will include:

• Minimal of 5 years hospital/private practice experience, in orthopedics

• Clinical management and leadership

• Assistance in workforce planning and service development

• Staff supervision, coaching and mentoring

• High standard off professionalism and communication
