Job Description:
As a therapist at The Rowdy Way, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, providing them with the necessary support to enhance their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. Full time positions can be offered to the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
✅ Implementing evidence-based therapies and interventions
✅ Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
✅ Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
✅ Providing guidance and support to individuals and their families
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
✅ Accredited degree in your chosen career Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietitian, Art Therapist, Music Therapist, Behaviour Therapist, Children’s Grief Counselling, Play Therapist.
✅ Do you practice a different therapy not mentioned above? We are interested in any other niche therapies you may be able to offer our clientele (Children and Adults)
✅ Valid drivers license, blue care and relevant license/registration to practice your particular therapy in the Qld
✅ Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference
