As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Client Care Coordinator to join our Melbourne Clinic team, this is a new role that has been created for a Nurse Practitioner or Doctor to be apart of our new initiative.
Position Overview:
As the Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinical governance of Nurse Delivered Procedures and delivering an outstanding customer experience at Gro Clinics. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Nurses, Doctors, the leadership team and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client selection and consultations to identify suitable candidates for Nurse Delivered Procedures.
Develop and implement treatment plans, administering medications, including local anaesthetic.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to the nurses delivering procedures.
Maintain clinical oversight on the day of procedures and serve as the escalation point for clinical matters.
Perform prescribing in-clinic and conduct pre and post-op reviews.
Deliver training through the Gro Training Academy as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding or strong interest in Hair Replacement and Cosmetic Industry.
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to lead and support a nurse team as required.
Qualified Nurse Practitioner or Doctor.
AHPRA registered
Hold a master's degree or equivalent.
