The Allied Health Hinterland Team at the Hinterland Facilities (Clermont, Dysart, Moranbah) are looking for Allied Health Rural Generalists (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker or Dietitians) to join their team on a temporary basis.
Mackay Hospital and Health Service provides a public healthcare service to a population of more than 182,000 across the Mackay Region, Whitsundays and Hinterland. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2.

About the Allied Health Hinterland Team
The Allied Health Hinterland Team provides clinical care in person, via tele-heath and outreach throughout the Mackay Hospital and Health Service Hinterland which encompasses Dysart, Clermont & Moranbah.
Allied Health Assistants are utilised at each site through delegation practices adhering to Calderdale Framework practices. By delegating safely and effectively, clinicians work to the top of their scope, thereby optimising patient centred care, workforce capacity and service outcomes.
