About the Role

You will be providing outstanding customer service and care to Scrubs Nursing Agency members and clients. Working within the allocations team your main responsibilities will be looking after theatre, specialist, and general hospital bookings across the system database. 

Hours

• Permanent positions- working across a 5 on, 5 off roster. 
• Casual positions available-minimum availability 3 shifts per week. 
   

Main Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Placing registered and enrolled nurses into day to day bookings across the system database 
• Microsoft office and emails
• Providing a high level of customer service to all members and clients engaging with Scrubs Nursing Agency 
• Answering inbound and making outbound calls 

Essential Demonstrated Experience 

• High attention to detail 
• Strong skills and attributes to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team 
• Previous sales and marketing experience 
• Confident, resourceful and a positive approach 
• Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload 
• A practical approach to problem solving and working under pressure 
• Previous administrative experience 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work with and under the direction of the allocations manager
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative  

 Advantageous

• Previous bachelor qualifications in a healthcare related field, administration, sales or business with a major in marketing
