The Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit (NMWU) at Western Health - Williamstown campus, is seeking highly motivated Allocation Officers for permanent part-time positions. Our Allocation Officers work closely with the NMWU management team in ensuring that nursing and midwifery vacancies are filled across the organisation with the appropriately skilled staff.
To be Successful in this Role, you need:
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
- To have a flexible and positive attitude
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work across a seven-day week rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work a combination of the following shift times; 0500-1330, 0600-1430, 0930-1830, 1300-2130
