The Role
Our client is seeking highly experienced System Analysts that will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of information systems to support organisational needs.
The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and operation of systems. The System Analysts will also provide leadership and guidance to other System Analysts and contribute to TFTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analyses of business requirements and processes to develop system specifications.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and workflow diagrams.
- Perform desktop discovery on existing systems to identify improvements and assist in designing remediation activities.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate and facilitate communications between technical and business teams to gather and document requirements.
