SalaryBlue Mountains City Council are Relevant qualifications include a Diploma in Animal Care, Vet Nursing or equivalent experience of at least 5 years at a similar facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership of a team of Animal Care Attendants and volunteers to ensure that the Animal Care Facility is adequately staffed and maintained to meet the needs of the animals in care, to promote responsible pet ownership, to assist in the development of policies and guidelines and to meet relevant compliance obligations.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $97,535 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
