MARYBOROUGH | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE | 3 Months + extension possible.
Your new company
Our Government client requires an experienced and dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to work as part of their Payment Support Team based in Maryborough. This is a temporary contract for a 3-month period with the possibility for extension, commencing ASAP. Working from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Your new role
You will be challenged to efficiently process a large volume of invoices. You will be responsible for Accounts Payable functions including the facilitation of accurate and timely flow of paperwork; matching and processing of invoices, input information via various methods, coding and allocating invoices; reconciliations; and data entry of invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this role, you will have previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably with a medium to large organisation. Candidates who are well-organised and have a high degree of attention to detail will be highly desired. Candidates must be proficient in the use of Adobe Pro, Outlook, and Excel.
