GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
Reporting directly to the Manager Finance, this position plays a critical role within our business ensuring that supplier invoices are processed and paid in accordance with our processes and procedures and in a timely manner.
Ideally you will be someone who has exceptional attention to detail, deadline oriented, maintain a high level of productivity and prides themselves on being able to provide great service to stakeholders both internal and external at all levels.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure all incoming invoices, expense claims and credit card transactions are received, registered, verified, and processed correctly, accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in cross functional activities and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries
- Comply with group policy and procedures for accurate and timely payment of invoices, expense claims and credit cards
- Participate in month-end accounting procedures, ensuring they are completed in accordance with corporate deadlines
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, mail or personally
Experience and qualifications:
- Ability to work independently when tasks are assigned, but also able to work as part of a small team to meet internal deadlines,
- Computer literacy, strong excel and access skills are essential, word, power-point and outlook,
- At least 3yrs relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
