The role
As our new Accounts Payable Officer, you will join a supportive Finance team and enjoy contributing to the goals of Suncare by coordinating efficient and effective accounting practices, ensuring the adherence of all legislation and funding guidelines.
This opportunity is available on a permanent full time basis (Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.36pm), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Maroochydore office and from home.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Vendor invoice entry daily into Business Central
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Management of open invoices
- Attending to vendor queries and liaising with vendors as required
- Filing invoices
- Administrative tasks to support the team and ad hoc assignments directed by the Finance management team
About you
In addition to your exceptional customer service skills, you will possess excellent attention to detail and proven efficient and accurate data entry skills to achieve high standards of data integrity.
You will also bring to our team:
- Experience in accurate coding and processing of high volume invoices to a high standard
- Highly developed knowledge and expertise with MS Office, including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve account queries
- Strong time management and organisational skills including ability to multitask and prioritise
- A proactive and positive approach and ability to work within a team, autonomously, and with various stakeholders
