Your new role
Based in Brisbane CBD will be working within the HR team, and will focus on providing quality records management services and administration support. Day to day duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Creating files, sentencing, retrieval and archiving to meet the record and information management needs of the team
- Use of Content Manager for both current and legacy records
- Liaise with other information management specialists within the department on records and information management matters
- Maintain accurate records of transfers to other agencies
- Ensuring all information is monitored, tracked and appropriately captured at all times
- Oversee the record's disposal function in accordance with the official schedule
- Be the point of contact for external storage of records
- Maintain effective systems and relationships with service providers
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience using an electronic records management system
- Ability to understand legislative frameworks
- Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
