AO3 Administration Officer
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO3 Administration Officer for a temporary role. The ideal candidate will need to be able to manage a large work load, have skills to deal with a sometimes challenging client base, and be flexible with competing demands.
Maroochydore location
Temporary role for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extension
Duties include:
Providing general administrative support and developing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems.
Implementing and administering departmental information systems, including those relating to financial, human resource management, correspondence, records management and plant and equipment.
Undertaking administrative functions associated with personnel matters and provide comprehensive, accurate human resource information as required.
Providing high quality support using a range of software packages and databases to maintain and improve administration processes.
Liaising, consulting, and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and apply attention to detail to deliver consistent quality service with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Are able to demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in providing administrative support.
