Form of work Opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join a Queensland government organisation! Your new company Is a Brisbane Museum featuring science, culture & natural history exhibits specific to the Queensland region. It offers a deep dive into the collections of Queensland's tropical paradise. Your new role Will be reporting to the AO5 Executive Support Officer and role will be to provide administrative support to the staff of the Corporate Services portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responding to public enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Receiving and assisting visitors
Arrange meetings, coordinate travel and hospitality
Data entry, word processing, photocopying
Coordinate routine purchases, petty cash and credit card reconciliations
Collate data and conduct research
Draft routine reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
