The ClientA strong Government Department is looking for a Business Support Officer to come in and help their staff and be a part of their team.Your Opportunity:
This role is for a Senior Administrator who has had experience leading a Team of other Administrators and Support Staff.

• Support to Regional Director and regional delivery/operational teams.
• Provide a high level of administrative support to the region and category managers, including preparation and actioning of correspondence.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain various reports required by the region and co-ordinator sections reporting.
• Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
• Ability to connect with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
• Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in Ellipse and Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.
• High Level Excel skills
