Will involve providing support to the WHS & Electrical Team. Key responsibilities of the role will include but is not limited to:
- Oversee a team of lower level administrative staff members
- Provide a central point of contact for the provision of quality information to regional staff
- Information and records management
- Maintain and develop administrative systems
- Manage and monitor internal and external correspondence
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Prepare, monitor and maintain various reports
What you'll need to succeed
A strong administrative background
A graduate diploma in OHS/ currently studying will be highly regarded
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
