A bit about the role...
The primary purpose of this position is to provide an efficient, effective and timely range of administrative services to the Business Support team to assist in the coordination and facilitation of ordering, filing, stock management, fleet and facility support and general administrative duties. This position is permanent full time; based from our Southport Head Office.
Even though no one day is never the same…what would a typical day look like?
- Providing advice on all facets of industrial relations and employee issues
- Provide day-to-day administration support to the Business Support Team.
- Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries relating Business Support Services.
- Participate as a member of an extended service team in line with organisation values.
- Data entry into various systems related to the Business Support requirements

A bit about you…
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
- Experience in a similar role with experience in administration
- Willingness to further your professional development in this field
- High working knowledge of all Office Platforms
- The ability to work autonomously on tasks to ensure their successfully completion and meeting performance requirements
- The ability to build successful working relationships
