The Project Officer will be responsible for the coordination of contractor engagement, performing traffic surveys for internal clients. You will provide high level support to project managers and team members by utilising a wide range of software and information management systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate new traffic survey requests, including procurement processes
- Minor contract management
- Provide advice on accurate and quality survey requests and road data information
- Coordinating Microsoft Outlook email inboxes
- Spreadsheet and database maintenance
- Producing reports from corporate systems and software programs
- Attending infrequent site visits
- Adhoc duties
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Large corporate or Government organisation
- Data Analytics
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
