What you will do:

• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans to achieve strategic goals;
• Craft engaging and cohesive content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate standards;
• Translate complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences;
• Monitor media trends and stakeholder engagement to inform educational content and service delivery; and
• Respond to media inquiries and internal requests promptly, assessing risks and opportunities.

What you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Communications or other related degree;
• Demonstrated experience in communication and media roles (3+ years);
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; and
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
