Your new role
Lead procurement process for ICT managed service, ensuring new contracts for 2025/26.
Develop and implement ICT procurement strategies for efficiency and value.
Coordinate entire contract lifecycle for ICT, from award to transition phases.
Foster positive procurement culture, championing innovation and customer focus.
Align procurement services with government and departmental policies.
Monitor market trends, vendor conditions, and procurement performance.
Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders for procurement objectives.
Provide expert advice, support, and guidance on complex procurement matters.
What you will need to be successful
Experience required/desirable
MUST HAVE prior experience in Procurement, preferably within Government in the ICT or Goods and Services sectors
Demonstrated experience in providing effective leadership and direction in relation to strategic procurement practices and issues
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, in communicating with staff, management and executives
Demonstrated ability to consult and interact with external organizations
Demonstrated experience in undertaking multiple procurement activities from start to finish
Must be open to undertaking security vetting if eligible for the role
