We are currently seeking a dynamic and community-minded individual to join our client's close-knit team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various aspects of office administration, have experience within a finance team, and possess familiarity with accounting software such as Xero.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management, including payroll, AP, AR and end-of-month reconciliations.
- Prepare and Submit taxation returns such as BAS and GST
- Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
- Managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Engaging with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- Management of team members in the Finance/Account Team.
Qualities We Seek:
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA (desired)
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management.
