We are looking to appoint a driven professional with systems-based project management and BA experience to the role of Application and Project Support Officer.
The Application and Project Support Officer is a pivotal role within the Technology Services team at Matthew Flinders Anglican College, ensuring the seamless operation and success of applications and Projects across the College.
Main responsibilities include:
- Administering and providing user support for core systems, including TASS, SchoolBox, and other Line of Business Applications.
- Transforming data to meet reporting requirements and surface internal data to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating and conducting system testing and user training to ensure suitability and scalability of implemented systems.
- Evaluating products and services for potential use by the College, organising demos, and contributing to RFI documentation.
- Providing expert advice and resolutions for incidents and problems reported by staff and students on core systems.
- Maintaining up-to-date and user-friendly documentation, including workflows, technical documentation, and end-user guides.
- Contributing to the development of Technical Resource Libraries through electronic Chat Bots.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of asset registration processes and databases.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.

What you bring to your new role:
- Positive notice from a Working with Children Check (Qld Blue Card) and National Police Clearance
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Systems Administration or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- You can bring new ideas and challenge the status quo to bring about continuous improvement.
- Communicates with influence and effectively engages with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver constructive outcomes and resolve issues
- Able to work well within a high performing team environment navigating the dynamic landscape of project planning and delivery in a school environment.
