Application Support Analyst

My client, an innovative Global pharmaceutical company, are recruiting an Application Support Analyst to join the business on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, support and enhancement of business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders to develop an understanding of the business needs supported by the applications.
• Develop and maintain value-adding relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business.
• Respond to questions and influence users regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Review and route requested system changes and develop detailed specifications for implementation.
• Triage, escalate and resolve application related support queries, changes, enhancements and outages.

Required skills & experience:

• A minimum 3 years' experience in an Applications Support Analyst role with demonstrated strong Application Support capabilities.
• Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft 365, OutSystems, Salesforce and SQL an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for learning and personal growth.
• Strong customer focus with exceptional teamwork skills.
• Experience in Application Life Cycle Management for developing, implementing and supporting business applications.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement with 2 days required in the office.
