One of Australia's most prominent and innovative Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Data Solutions Officer to join their highly skilled team Responsible for the implementation and management of a large platform upgrade project. The role can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne or Canberra with the ability to work a few days a week from home. The successful Data Solutions Officer will be offered a 6-month contract partnered with long term extension options.
The successful Data Solutions Officer will be responsible for the below:
- Assist in the final implementation, testing and configuration of an upgraded platform
- modification of the existing UI to cater for end user needs
- Upgrade server infrastructure to ensure latest software patched and security updates are applied
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines
The successful Data Solutions Officer will have experience in the following:
- Previous technical experience or the ability to adapt to Web Methodologies (NodeJS, Typescript, CSS)
- Previous experience in linux administration and Web Application configuration (Java)
- Configuration experience with the open source repository software packages
- Creation and configuration of Virtual Servers to host web applications
