You will help drive the Application Support activities across our market leading solutions; Engage with internal and external clients on trouble shooting in a timely manner; Develop enhancements based on User Stories; Update the Jira Kanban boards and Confluence knowledge base; Support the delivery of solution with a cross-functional and diverse team; Expand professional knowledge on a range of applications; also, we love people, so you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders! 

• 🔀 Technology Solution Design and Development
  

  Design and develop customized technology solutions, such as software applications, databases, networks, and platforms

• 🌐 Research and Development for Technologies
  

  Conduct research and development to identify emerging technologies and assess their benefits to clients

  Manage technology implementation projects, including budget, timeline, and resources
