About the role
As a result of our continued growth and dedication to deliver on our customers' expectations around live data reporting requirements, we have created a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst to join our National Operations team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the business including:
- Undertake provision of application maintenance and support services.
- Identify, investigate, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform deployment of application code and configuration across environments.
- Perform post verification testing following changes in environment.
- update support documentation to keep information current and ensure appropriate processes are followed.
- Systems administration.
- User support
- Systems security.
- Service Desk Triage.
About you
You sit at the intersection of business, technology, field technicians and customers. You seek to use your skills to improve the business. Essential to this role is your energy, drive and motivation.
- You have minimum 2 years of Application or Internal IT Support experience or Application Support experience.
- Experience of ticket administration via service desks - JIRA, ServiceNow, Fresh Desk, sales Force considered (among others)
- Pronto XI support experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analysis and issue resolution skills.
- Well-developed collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to form a connection with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Passionate about achieving great outcomes for our customers.
