About the client:
Our client is your trusted windscreen repairer, based all over the country. They work with all the major insurance companies as well as the regular "off the street" customer who is after a quality repair or replacement for their much-loved vehicle.
About the role:
We currently have exciting opportunities for eager new starters to join our clients' branch in Epping as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. In thsi role you will specialise in Heavy Vehicles such as trucks. buses, machinery and plant equipment
We are looking for hands on, customer experience champions to join their team ASAP! We are looking for people who love to learn and grow along with wanting a career… not just a job. Passion for the automotive industry, especially Heavy Vehicles, is a must
Duties Include:
- Loading and unloading glass
- Crane and machinery fitment
- Cutting glass to specifications provided
- Repairing, replacing and fitting windscreens on Trucks and Buses to Australian Standards
- Learn how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Skills and Experience:
- Customer focused and takes pride in delivering an awesome experience to customers
- Driver's licence is a must! Manual essential
- Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade
- Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage
