The Responsibility
Supporting the Managing Partner 1:1 with all elements of strategic and administrative support, your role will include;
- Planning, prioritising and coordinating the appointments, diary and travel schedule of the MP;
- Execution of email and communication mangament including triaging important items and actioning as needed;
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the MP including discrete and confidential requests and matters;
- Acting as the point of contact for internal, clients and other external stakeholders;
- Proactive in supporting the follow-up, delegation and action of priorities and tasks for the MP;
- Prepare information from board papers to memos, emails, presentations, reports and the like;
- Research and gather information as needed to assist in the sound planning, management and leadership of the firm and;
- Work closely with the administrative staff to ensure processes and procedures are consistent across the organisation.
We are looking for the desired candidate to possess the following;
- Strong Senior EA skill set (built over 8+ years) with a nous for business partnering, thinking strategically and adding value beyond just the transactional stuff
- Maturity, discretion and integrity in how you operate
- The ability to manage various high level stakeholder relationships, read a room and tailor their style as needed
- Willingness to go the extra mile, roll up their sleeves and ‘own’ the role
- Professional Services experience is highly valuable, however skill set like a business acumen and personality qualities will trump this
