The Role

To be successful in these roles you are outcome-focused with a high level of attention to detail and be able to engage constructively and provide assistance to a range of critical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with managing competing priorities and exceptional time management skills are a must.
Administration officer roles vary depending on the particular requirements, you could expect to take on a broad range of tasks including;
Providing executive support
Coordinating the flow of tasks and information across the Branch
Ensuring sound Branch records and information management
Ability to coordinate tasking’s
Assisting in collating briefing and committee packs
Providing secretariat support
Handling Branch human resource requisitions
Administering Branch security requirements
Implementing sound corporate governance
