The Role
On a day-to-day basis, you will work collaboratively to build enterprise capability. You will:
- Support complex workforce research in line with Defence APS workforce capability, incorporating:
- Data analysis
- Desktop research
- Stakeholder engagement
- All aspects of professionalisation throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and sustainment of APS Professionalisation products as required. This might include strategies, career pathways, reports, tools, performance metrics, communication and marketing products.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and provide verbal and written advice and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Apply and maintain strategic human resource management subject matter knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to forward work plans and development of committee and parliamentary briefs as required.
