Built Infrastructure Program and work closely with colleagues in the Property & Sustainability team and business areas of the National Library of Australia.We are looking someone that is organised and with an eye for detail and focused on quality outcomes. You will support the
Built Infrastructure Program Manager and assist with managing program scheduling, dependency mapping, and tracking. Responsibilities will also include maintaining registers for risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholders, and assisting in procurement processes and contract management activities.The successful applicant will also provide secretariat support for the
Built Infrastructure Program Board, including preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and communications.To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a program scheduler or similar project coordinator roles, and have well-developed communication and client relations skills.
