The Role
On a day-to-day basis, you will work collaboratively to build enterprise capability. You will:
- Lead or support complex to very complex workforce research in line with Defence APS workforce capability, including but not limited to:
- Data analysis
- Desktop research
- Stakeholder engagement
- All aspects of professionalisation throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Lead or support the design, implementation and sustainment of APS Professionalisation products as required. This might include career pathways, reports, tools, performance metrics, communication and marketing products.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide verbal and written advice and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Apply and maintain strategic human resource management subject matter knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to forward work plans, development of committee and parliamentary briefs as required.
This position may have people management responsibilities and as such you will be required to exercise your people management skills and knowledge to lead a high performing and cohesive team.
