Participant Support Officer job is immediately available within a Federal Government Organisation.
This Participant Support Officer job is located in Traralgon on a full-time contract until 31st of December 2024. The job of Participant Support Officer is to provide outstanding administration support to Service Delivery Mangers, Participants and other internal and external stakeholders.

An opening for this job has arisen due to the growth in the organisation, which will see you reporting to the Participant Support Officer Manager/Planner Supervisor.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the following
- Being the first point of contact
- Management of email and appointments/calendars
- Prepare reports and correspondence
- Organise appointments and executive meetings
- Receive and record complaints
- Other administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed - Professional and well-developed receptionist experience
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office Programs Empathetic, enthusiastic and with a can-do attitude
- Ability to maintain strictly confidential information
