Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS3/APS4 Desktop Support Officer on a contract for 6-12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:Provide desktop hardware and software support
Investigate and resolve hardware issues.Provide written and verbal advice.Undertake physical installation tasksProvide support for Microsoft InTune and Mobile Telephony devices.Assisting with logistics at our Beard Warehouse IT Storage facilities
Hardware warranties and repairs. Deliveries and shipments via third party couriers. Monitoring the IT Stores ServiceNow queue.
Logging IT Stores requests in ServiceNow. Following up on existing IT Stores requests. Stock maintenance of iOS devices.
