A new role awaitsThe Partner Performance Branch is seeking an APS4 Partner Performance Officer to join their team.
The Partner Performance Branch manages the performance of the NDIA’s Partners in the Community (PITC) across Australia. The branch provides Partners with training, tools, knowledge and a central point of contact for the Agency, ensuring our partners have the capacity to achieve the outcomes they are responsible for delivering.
Where you can add valueAs an APS4 Partner Performance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance monitoring and evaluation of our partners. You will work collaboratively to ensure that our partners deliver high-quality services and meet their contractual obligations. In this role you will assist the Partner Performance team with managing all PiTC (Partners in the community) enquiries. You will be responding to stakeholder enquiries, complaints and escalations, HR/Onboarding enquiries relating to the PiTC program, undertaking project activities and performance management reporting.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring and managing Partner performance and operations, including communications, reporting, training, complaints, quality, and various functions of the PiTC program.
• Assisting in the gathering, compiling, analysis and reporting of complex information relating to performance management data and reports.
• Providing detailed operational support including working on specific PiTC program projects, work programs or initiatives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to support the operations of the Branch and the facilitation of Partner operational requirements.
You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with exemplary communication skills. You will be able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

While this role is ideally performed from Robina - QLD, Geelong and Broadmeadows - VIC, Parramatta - NSW and Adelaide - SA, remote working arrangements may be considered. We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity, however non-ongoing roles up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be offered.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
