Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, harmonious contact with all customers and suppliers.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Assist with bookings for servicing and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Raise work orders, process quotes and purchase orders as required.
- Understand service agreements for Leased equipment.
- Contact suppliers and obtain order numbers, service documents for work completed.
- Closing out completed work orders in the CMMS (Mex).
- Answer customer and supplier enquires concerning vehicles back in service.
- Assist with maintaining the service schedule compliance for all East coast Business units where applicable.
- Assist the scheduler with deferred service and repairs, liaising with customers to ensure equipment is re-booked at a time suitable to suppliers.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Ability to follow all company policies
- Previous experience in Outlook and Office 365
- Prior experience in Transport & Logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
