Roles available:
APS4 and APS5: Complaints Officers Requirements:
Previous experience in complaints management or Government advantageous (high volume complaints/customer service, e.g. telco, insurance)
Ability to manage a high caseload, meeting deadlines and prioritising your own work
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Key qualities needed including being resilient, flexible, efficient, highly empathetic with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Word and Excel
APS4 and APS5: Ministerial & Parliament Referral Complaints Requirements:
Previous experience in complaints management or with an MP Office advantageous
This team investigates/resolves matters referred to the Minister of this agency
Key qualities needed including being resilient, flexible, efficient, highly empathetic with strong attention to detail
Formal communication skills both written and verbal as you will be dealing wtih Ministers and Members of Parliament
Ability to communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders
Specific role details:
37.5 standard hours per week
Starting mid-end May
You must be an Australian Citizen to apply
This is a temporary contract, no leave entitlements apply
If successful you will be asked to undergo a police check and hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check
