- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and manage the flow of information within the task force.
- Facilitate the delivery of information and data as requested by client expectations and requirements.
- Conduct scoping meetings, utilise IT tools to document client notices, and research personnel and policy through various applications.
- Support our client in meeting key capability objectives, perform administrative record-keeping, and provide advice on process improvements and solutions.
- Demonstrate high-level oral and written communication skills and articulating IT fault rectification requirements.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on digital file management and mailbox coordination. Experience with Objective is not necessary but will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with limited supervision.
