Your new company
Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation is seeking multiple Recruitment Business Partners to lead operational and strategic end-to-end recruitment activities, including writing/ posting adverts, sourcing, sitting on interview panels, talent pipelining and retention on a non-ongoing basis for 6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, working within a centralised recruitment model leading operational activities, as well as talent pipelining and retention
- Proven APS recruitment experience is essential
- Previous experience within the Australian Public Service (APS) is essential
- You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a security baseline clearance to apply
